The Monserrat project is locate 340km from Potosi.

The mineralized structures are hosted in tertiary continental conglomerates and lie discordant on Ordovician sandstones and shales, the mineralization is strongly associated with a sericitic-pyritic hydrothermal alteration, both controlled by the fracturing and porosity of the conglomerates.

Monserrat presents very favorable geological conditions to host high-volume, low-grade mineralized bodies (Pinto, 1989b).

Andean’s Manquiri S.A. has a production agreement with state owned COMIBOL who is the owner of all mining concessions and rights related to Monserrat Project.
